The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has passed another regulatory hurdle and now has the green light from the FCC. The lab tested two models, SM-A526B and A526DS, the only difference between them is that the “B” is a single SIM model, while the “DS” is dual SIM. Other than that, the devices are identical.
This includes the 4,500mAh battery (the same EB-BG781ABY power cell found in the Galaxy S20 FE, by the way). The charger is the EP-TA200, a fairly common 15W charger. This matches the information we saw from 3C.

The Galaxy A52 5G has been leaked a lot – we’ve seen renderings and 360-degree rotations, a benchmark that revealed the use of the Snapdragon 750G chipset for 5G connectivity, as well as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certifications. TENAA listed the screen as a 6.5 inch AMOLED, there is no camera information yet. By the way, there will also be a 4G version of the phone, this one will use the Snapdragon 720G instead.
European prices are rumored to start at € 460 for a 6/128 GB phone and rise to € 510 for an 8/256 GB device. FCC testing included a microSD card, so storage will be expandable. It is for 5G model, of course 4G will be cheaper.
