Taipei,, May 24, 2025 / Prnewswire / – At Computex 2025, Mitac Computing Technology Corp., a subsidiary of Mitac Holdings Corp. (TWSE: 3706), has unveiled its new daring vision: from the equipment supplier to the innovator in full solution and to the data center. With solutions ready for future covering training and inference on AI, high performance IT (HPC), Rack liquid cooling, GPU resources management and real-time data mobility, Mitac offers an integrated platform for new generation data centers.
Rick HwangPresident of Mitac Computing, underlined the company’s commitment to open innovation. By aligning with global technological partners and open calculation project standards (OCP), MITAC now provides full spectrum solutions – from the Rack server – Advanced liquid cooling technology. This simplifies the operations of the data center and improves computer performance and energy efficiency, which stimulates the vision of a smarter, high performance and sustainable infrastructure.
“This marks our first appearance at Computex since the integration of the Mitac brand,” said Hwang. “We are delighted to bring customers a portfolio of more open, flexible and deeply integrated solutions – strengthening our role as trusted partner for IA innovation and data center worldwide.”
Empower AI with sustainability and real world solutions
Mitac Computing adopts the future of AI with the theme “Return the unlimited possibilities: the sustainability of AI X, highlighting the application of the real world and introducing a series of new solutions designed to allow more intelligent, greener and more scalable AI ecosystems.
At Computex, Mitac Computing has displayed an impressive range of AI advanced inference servers. The spotlights are on the Mitac G4527G6 (MGX ™ 4U), with eight GPU NVIDIA RTX PRO ™ 6000 Blackwell Server from the latest generation, the very first first of the NVIDIA MGX ™ PCIe Stitch Boarch with Connectx®-8 Supernic and Dual Intel® XEON® 6767P. In addition, the Mitac G8825Z5 (8u) is equipped with two AMD EPYC ™ 9005 standard processors and Eight GPU AMD Instinct ™ 350 newly revealed, specifically designed for generative AI, inference workloads and large -language model treatment.
Presentation of liquid cooling solutions with full rack
Mitac Computing has also introduced its liquid rack cooling systems, with liquid air and liquid liquid cooling options. Presenting the latest coolant distribution units (CDU) of high -level global partners, these systems offer more than 2000 kW of cooling power – designed for intense thermal requirements of AI and HPC workloads. Designed for easy integration and customization, these systems include the clean MITAC monitoring software for optimized management.
In addition, Mitac also made its debut on its HPC Multi-Nodode Direct Cooling (DLC) server, the Mitac C2820Z5. Designed for an extremely efficient calculation, the DLC system of this server effectively cools high power processors and is part of the standard OrV3 racks supplied by 48VDC – offering significant energy savings compared to traditional air cooling technology.
Partnership with AMD for new generation performance
On May 21Mitac Computing welcomed the long -term partner Ted Marena, the Director of Development of the GPU Market Amd, who shared the latest trends in GPU development and product offers between MITAC and AMD. Ken LinSenior Vice-President of AMD Taiwan’s commercial affairs, noted: “Mitac and AMD continuously launched high performance servers platforms integrating AMD EPYC ™ processors with AMD Instinct ™ GPUS. We also actively develop the MI350 GPU series with liquid cooling systems to take charge of the two energy charges.”
Rick Hwang added that AI technology is accelerating quickly. Mitac is committed to allowing future AI applications with solutions that combine high performance, low energy consumption and intelligent management. By optimizing the infrastructure of the data center, MITAC aims to help global customers advance effective and sustainable development in key sectors such as AI, HPC and Cloud Computing, promoting the generalized adoption of new generation AI technologies.
