National security award marks a major competitive breakthrough for ROC’s U.S.-developed automated biometric identification system (ABIS)

Under the five-year contract, ROC will deliver its advanced multimodal ROC ABIS platform, implementation services, and ongoing system support. The deployment illustrates ROC’s long-term business model by positioning its technology as a core component of high-consequence federal missions and establishing a multiyear customer relationship, with durable revenue recognition. The award also represents an important expansion of ROC’s product portfolio and addressable market. Building on the independently evaluated performance of its biometric algorithms, ROC is expanding into complete ABIS platforms for operational programs requiring accuracy, scalability, flexibility, and long-term support.

The contract has committed revenue of $2.5 million and a total value of $5.1 million over five years including exercise of applicable options. Future contract value remains subject to applicable funding, the exercise of options, and other contract terms.
