Welcome to another week’s recap. The Huawei P50 series has made headlines – they will arrive in late March and will include three phones. Like the P40 series, the P50 will feature a vanilla model, a P50 Pro, and a P50 Pro +. They will run the Kirin 9000E (P50) and Kirin 9000 (both Pro phones) chipsets, but will not have Google mobile services.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 was another hot topic last week. A detailed leak has solidified the specs – the 5G model will have a Snapdragon 750G chipset, a 64MP main camera and a 6.5-inch 1080p 120Hz Super AMOLED. The Galaxy A52 4G will have the same display, only at a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 720G Snapdragon chipset. Both will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 15W charging and feature a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, Dual-SIM, and IP67 water resistance. The Galaxy A52 4G will be priced at € 349 in some European countries, while the A52 5G will cost € 429. The 4G and 5G models are expected to arrive in India in mid-March.
Speaking of India, the Galaxy F62 went official in the country this week. It contains a gigantic 7000mAh battery. Other highlights include a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 64 MP main camera, Exynos 9825 chipset, and a starting price of INR 23,999 (6/128 GB).
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 series has been confirmed to debut on March 4. We’re expecting a 108 MP main camera, a 750G Snapdragon chipset, and a high refresh rate LCD screen on at least one of the phones.
Finally, the OnePlus 9 Pro leaked in detail this week. It will have a 1440p + LTPO display with a refresh rate of 120, a Snapdragon 888 chipset, 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, a 48 MP main camera and a 4,500 mAh battery with a 64 W charge.
