HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – December 29, 2023 – Vision International Holdings Limited (“International Vision“and its subsidiaries, together, the “Band“, stock code: 8107) is pleased to announce that the Group has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (the “Strategic cooperation agreement“) with Dichao (Shenzhen) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (嘀潮（深圳）網絡科技有限公司, “Dichao”), under which Dichao will apply the Group’s supply chain management solution across its entire line of food products produced under the brand Chaoji Food (潮迹食品), and will distribute its products through online channels. Through this cooperation, Dichao will apply the group’s supply chain management solution with anti- counterfeiting, traceability and marketing.
Dichao was founded in Shenzhen, PRC in 2019 and established a well-known brand, Chaoji Food, specializing in the development and production of high-quality frozen meat products. As of December 2023, the cumulative sales volume of Chaoji beef dumplings has reached more than 200 million pieces.
Vision International mainly serves the garment industry and has accumulated many years of experience in supply chain management. By entering into a patent service contract with the service provider, the Group has been granted the right to use the associated patents. The new anti-counterfeiting, traceability and marketing functions have strengthened the competitiveness of the Group’s SCM services.
