Vietnamese fashionista reunites with Kim Kardashian in Milan

At a D&G event on Saturday, Chau Bui (right) wore a padded shoulder jacket with a see-through skirt, platform shoes and a pink handbag. Kim stayed loyal to her signature style, wearing a tight snakeskin dress that adorned her curves.
It was Chau’s second time meeting Kim, after another D&G event in September 2022. Chau said she was impressed by Kim’s beauty and talent.

For D&G’s Fall/Winter 2023 show, Chau chose a dynamic outfit that included a crop top, wide-leg jeans and a beaded pilot hat. The look was made more elegant by her classic style handbag. She said the new D&G is feminist, seductive and powerful, emphasizing women’s figures with thin, sheer designs and metallic details.

Chau switched from a black bob hairstyle to a new look with a red wig for an outdoor photoshoot. Before the trip, the 25-year-old prepared more than 10 sets of wigs of all sizes and colors to fit any situation.

At Milan Fashion Week this year, Chau continued to show a consistent fashion sense. Before the D&G show, she embraced the “lingerie as outfit” trend, as evicted by this shot of her here in lingerie accompanied by a large rhinestone gray dress at a Gucci show.

Chau increased her height with platform sandals and wore eye-catching long pearl necklaces and purple-red lipstick.

When Chau attended the Moschino show, she switched to platinum hair and wore a pink dress inspired by floaties.

With a height of 1.6 m, Chau always wears high heels that are 15-cm high to fit many types of outfits during photoshoots.

In addition to attending fashion house shows, Chau did several photo shoots in Milan. Here, she mixed a Gucci and Adidas sports top with a floral skirt and high boots while posing with pigeons by a river.

Chau’s body type helps her wear big and fluffy dresses without being overwhelmed.

She also wore a brocade dress by Vietnamese designer Nguyen Hoang Tu at Milan Fashion Week. She is now preparing to attend Paris Fashion Week.
Chau Bui’s rise to fame in Vietnam began with freelance modeling, a trade she has gradually leveraged into establishing herself as one of the country’s most prominent fashion influencers.
