Hanoi Motorcycle Tour and Hoi An Cooking Class have been selected as two of the 25 best travel experiences in Asia by readers of the American travel site Tripadvisor.
The half-day guided motorcycle tour in Hanoi allows tourists to explore the famous sites of Vietnam’s capital such as Long Bien Bridge, Hai Ba Trung Temple, Presidential Palace Historic Site, and some of the best street food in Vietnam try the city.
As part of the tour, visitors will have the opportunity to explore “Train Street”, formed by railway lines that run along Dien Bien Phu and Phung Hung streets in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with only a few meters on either side .

Meanwhile, the five-hour cooking class, organized by Hoi An Eco Tours Discovery, is considered a fun and interesting way to experience rural life in Hoi An, a popular tourist destination in Vietnam’s central Quang Nam province, and Vietnamese cuisine .
Participants will visit the fishing village of Cam Thanh, about three miles from Hoi An, where they will learn how to use basket boats, an indispensable part of local fishermen, and experience a bamboo basket boat tour in Bay Mau’s nipa palm forest. After such eco tour activities, they will be welcomed at the restaurant and will participate in cooking with the chef for about 2 hours.
Topping the list is the Thai and Akha cooking class in Chiang Mai, Thailand, followed by the Khmer cooking class at a Local’s Home in Cambodia’s Krong Siem Reap and a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat.

The selections took into account only ratings and reviews from the past 12 months, sifting through the data to find out which experiences generated the most positive response from the online community.
