“This is a good sign for tourism in Binh Dinh, as the seaside resort of Quy Nhon has become a destination for international cruise trips. The image of the land and people of Binh Dinh will be widely promoted and introduced in European countries,” said Mr Nhat.
According to Binh Dinh Department of Tourism statistics, in the past 9 months, about 3.5 million visitors have come to the place to visit and relax (an increase of more than 200% compared to the same period last year), of which 65,000 international visitors.
Revenues from tourism activities in the province have risen sharply, with tourism revenues reaching nearly VND 11,600 billion in the first 9 months of the year, an increase of more than 617% compared to the same period in 2021.
