According to Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Hieu, the majority of Vietnamese citizens in Ukraine have been safely evacuated from war zones and the government will continue to work on appropriate repatriation plans based on the demands.
As of March 9, at 4 p.m., nearly 4,000 Vietnamese fleeing Ukraine will be hosted by Vietnamese representative agencies in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia./
