Poyd Treechada or Nong Poy, who’s known as the most beautiful transgender in Thailand, spoke about the gender equality in her married life.
At the Gender Fair, organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, last week, Poyd said everything was normal and just need a little adjustment.
It’s important to be more patient and think more about the future once she has a family and is no longer just a girlfriend but a wife, Khaosod Online reported.

The 36-year-old actress said that the couple currently has no plan for the ‘next step’. They just want to live their lives and go about their duties, which they are supposed to do.
Her husband has to attend to his work while she has to be in many places, including Bangkok and abroad. She gives her full attention to the family but also works as scheduled.

Poyd got married to businessman Oak Phakwa Hongyok in a traditional wedding in Phuket last month after the two have known each other for more than 20 years. Hongyok, 41, is the heir to a restaurant, coffee and tourism service company in Phuket.
At the age of 17, Poyd underwent a gender-affirming surgery and won the Miss International Queen pageant a year later.
She has acted in movies and TV shows in Hong Kong and Thailand such as “The White Storm,” “From Vegas To Macau II” and “The Scarlet Night.” Poyd is also the face of many cosmetic and jewelry brands.
