The latest Sony phone to get Android 11 is the Xperia 10 II. Sony is launching a firmware update 59.1.A.0.485 in Southeast Asia and it is expected to be released gradually to other regions in the coming weeks.

The new update is just under 1GB and the December security patch. As with other recent Xperia software updates, you can expect standard Android 11 additions such as chat bubbles, revised notification handling, and unique permissions. Other extras include Battery Care which can limit the charge to 80% or 90% for battery longevity, enhanced media controls, a native screen recorder, and notification history.
