The new company’s office, designed in partnership with the global design of the workplace and builds a business space matrix, reflects a thoughtful and prospective approach to the modern work environment.
This recognition highlights more than a visual attraction. The new space gives life to Healthineers man -centered collaborationA global approach has focused on flexibility, collaboration, digital activation and a culture focused on people. Workstations adaptable to intuitive technology and employees centered spaces, the office is designed to support the way the teams want to work today.

The main characteristics of the new office include open collaboration areas, flexible workstations, and Malaysia First Siemens Healthineers Customer Experience Center. One of the most distinctive spaces is the work coffee, often called the “social heart rate” of the office. Designed for occasional conversations and business -scale rallies, it accommodates everything, spontaneous meetings with town halls and celebrations.
Cultural narration played a central role in the formation of design. The murals inspired by the art of the Malaysian street, meeting rooms named according to local monuments, and other local touches give the office a strong sense of belonging and belonging. Each element reflects a clear commitment to the principle following the function, the spaces have carefully shaped the way the healthineers work, connect and innovate.
