Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 8GB confirmed! Last month, the other 6GB RAM variant of the popular Samsung Galaxy S21 FE suddenly popped up on Geekbench which essentially confirmed the model. However, people were waiting for something a little more powerful than an 8GB RAM model.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 8GB Variant Confirmed
Finally, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 8GB model has been confirmed as the device appeared on Geekbench. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has appeared along with an 8GB RAM model packed with Snapdragon 888.
The phone had also appeared under the “SM-G990B model number packed with a lahaina motherboard. The listing had just surfaced on Geekbench and it reports some pretty sweet scores as the phone reached 592 points in the single-core and a whopping 2,610 points in the multi-core tests.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Specs
Although the results seem quite optimistic, it is important to note that it was done on a prototype, so they may not be the final numbers. Aside from just 8GB of RAM, this listing would also confirm that the phone would be using Snapdragon 888 with codename lahaina included. This would be the same case as for its use of the Android 11.
Samsung will reportedly pre-install the One UI on top of the device’s Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is now expected to arrive sometime in August. The phone is also rumored to launch along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, the Samsung Z Flip 3, the Samsung Watch 4, and the Samsung Watch Active 4.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Specs – More Phones Launching
Samsung is expected to host a large Unpacked event sometime this August, as it seems. A new Samsung Galaxy Note-branded handset still won’t be coming this year, so the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, and the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE are all expected to fill their place.
It is reportedly expected to feature a whole 120Hz display, a 4,500mAh battery, and four cameras. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is now expected to feature a particular 6.5-inch fullHD+ Super AMOLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. There will also be an in-display fingerprint scanner included in the package.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Camera
According to the story by Android Headlines, the phone is now rumored to sport a pretty small 12mp main camera located on the back along with a 12mp ultra-wide unit. The third camera is also expected to include a telephoto one which would be either 12mp or 16mp.
The Samsung stereo speakers will be included in the package. This will be the same for the water and dust resistance rating. A decent 4,500mAh battery is also expected along with fast charging for both the wireless and wired version. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is also expected to cost less in comparison to its predecessors. This, however, still remains to be seen depending on how accurate the rumor actually is.
