HONG KONG, December 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club has announced that registration for the 2026 Rolex China Sea Race is now open.
The 2026 edition of this 565 nautical mile offshore race will begin on that of Hong Kong iconic Port Victoria on March 4. This much earlier scheduling of the race will allow competitors to take advantage of the start of the northeast winter monsoon.
2026 brands the 64th anniversary of this Category 1 offshore race organized by the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, taking competitors across the South China Sea to Subic Bay in the Philippines. Rolex has been a partner of the Club since 2007 and Title Sponsor of this flagship Race since 2008.
Organized every two years, the Rolex China Sea Race 2024 saw No Hua TP52 Good start becoming the first yacht in 14 years to win the double of Line Honors and overall IRC victory.
