Thanks to this IPO, Note AI plans to offer a total of 2,916,000 shares to an expected range of 7,600 9,100 krw per action, increasing approximately 22.2 to 26.5 billion krw. The construction of the book of institutional investors is scheduled for September 12 to 18, followed by the public subscription period from September 23 to 24. Despite a slowdown in the market for Korean stock exchange and a sharp drop in new documents since recent regulatory changes came into force in July, the appropriate submission of Note AI stands out. This decision highlights the strong business performance of the company and a clear vision of growth, occurring according to the plan and attracting particular attention to the market.
Founded in 2015, Note AI has developed its activities around its AI owner model, NetSPRESSO® model optimization platform, which allows high performance AI models to operate effectively on resource-based edge devices. The platform automates the complex optimization and deployment processes of the model, considerably reducing development and operational costs.
