The president of the Vietnam Journalists Association recognized that a reader-centric digital transformation strategy can help increase both readership and ad revenue. Newspapers must first tailor their advertising plans to the audience and collect reader data directly.
“Digital transformation is clearly the path journalism must take, even if it is rapid and drastic, if it does not want to be left behind and lose readers, audiences and the consequences, of course. and the news agency itself,” said Mr Minh.
