This strategic investment marks an important milestone in Mölnlycke’s growth journey and the start of localized manufacturing in one of the fastest growing MedTech markets in the world.

The manufacturing site, extending over 10,000 m2will be created in accordance with Mölnlycke’s global standards and is expected to begin production of Mölnlycke wound care products in late 2026/early 2027. This strategic move will help sustain Mölnlycke’s growth in China, laying the foundation for future capacity expansion and local job creation.
