- Up to 120% financing under a single facility for home purchase and renovation
- Up to 90% financing for the property purchase, with an additional up to 30% for renovation works, Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance or Takaful (MRTA/MRTT), and legal and documentation fees
- Financing tenure of up to 35 years, or until the borrower reaches the age of 70, whichever comes first
- Full Flexi features, allowing customers to make additional repayments and redraw funds based on their financial needs
