According to the longi capacity plan, the production capacity HPBC2.0 will be extended to 50 GW by the end of 2025, and the jiaxing production capacity will remain greater than 20 GW.
The longi jiaxing factory is the only “lighthouse factory” in the world photovoltaic industry so far. The “Lightthouse factory” is known as the “most advanced factory in the world” and a model of “digital manufacturing” and “Industry 4.0”, representing the highest level of manufacturing and global intelligent digitization. With the large-scale launch of Hi-MO X10 modules on the market, the Jiaxing factory has taken the crucial task of ensuring a high-quality product offer.
Xie Shundong, head of the second phase of the Jiaxing manufacturing base, said at the event that Longi had three Jiaxing bases, which mainly producing HPBC 2.0 modules. At the end of 2025, the capacity of HPBC 2.0 modules will reach 50 GW, and the jiaxing base in will undertake at least 40%.
Currently, the HPBC 2.0 production range of the Jiaxing “Factory” has been fully improved, and production should achieve rapid growth by June.
During the event, Longgi also organized a ceremony to attend the full leveling and commissioning of the HPBC 2.0 production chain.
Xie Shundong also said that at the beginning of this year, the “Lighthouse factory” of the Jiaxing Longi base inaugurated a full upgrade of the production line HPBC2.0, the production capacity increasing by at least 30% compared to the past, and the factory implemented 24 hours of 24 hours of production without interruption to ensure the request for BC products.
