SINGAPORE – Media OutReach Newswire – February 26, 2024 – Lifeline Cleaning, a
commercial cleaning service provider in Singapore, will provide free disinfection services at Lighthouse School Toa Payoh to provide students with a safe and hygienic learning environment in which they can thrive. Lifeline Cleaning has always recognized the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and has already led initiatives to benefit the elderly and visually impaired. The latest CSR program is set to begin in March, going beyond sanitizing schools to raise awareness among a lesser-known group of beneficiaries: the hearing-impaired, visually-impaired and autistic student community.

The choice of Lighthouse School as a focal point stems from the need to highlight the challenges faced by the aforementioned students. Although often neglected by society, these children never fail to work hard to lead a useful life themselves. Like any other child, they too deserve an environment conducive to learning. Lifeline aims to make a significant difference to their lives, building their resilience and ensuring they receive the care and attention they rightly deserve.
What is included in the CSR project?
Hoping to provide favorable conditions for learning and inspire the public to extend their support, Lifeline Cleaning has planned a series of CSR projects aimed at helping students with visual impairments, hearing loss and autism .
With a deep desire to protect students from potential health risks, the recent increase in COVID cases in December prompted Lifeline to take immediate action in
cleaning services. This next project will feature the use of advanced Korean disinfection machines, coupled with COVID-19 and variant disinfectants. These products are chosen for their effectiveness, their safety for humans and their food safety.
The initiative will include an educational component, where students will learn more about basic hygiene so that they can also contribute to the cleanliness of their surroundings.
Lifeline Cleaning CSR plans
Lifeline is committed to serving its valued beneficiaries for years to come, going beyond providing a one-time disinfection service. THE
cleaning company firmly believes that people at all levels constitute the essence of an organization and that their full involvement is crucial for the benefit of the organization. Although Lifeline has been constantly undertaking CSR projects, its efforts came to a halt when COVID hit its shores. Despite the challenges, Lifeline remains steadfast in its dedication. In February, the team distributed Ang Baos (red packets) during a Chinese New Year celebration at school, in addition to a breakfast sharing session and gift bag giveaway in CNY, inaugurating the festival with the children.
To make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of the community, Lifeline Cleaning aims to open these disinfection services to other non-profit schools in the future, helping teachers better provide hygienic and safe learning spaces for students with disabilities.
