- Global scholarships awarded since 2018 to nurture Indonesian talents
SEOUL, South Korea, December 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The KT&G Scholarship Foundation has received a plaque of appreciation from the Indonesian Ministry of Industry for its generous long-term scholarship programs.
The award ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry in Jakarta on December 20th. Officials including Indonesian Industry Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita and Deputy Industry Minister Faisol Rizaattended the ceremony to thank the KT&G Scholarship Foundation for helping future world leaders and reaffirm its support for the foundation’s efforts to find and nurture Indonesian talent.
KT&G elected 74 students from 11 universities, including students from the Indonesian Polytechnic University, affiliated to the Ministry of Industry, for scholarship programs.
