“HKIH Elite Awards 2024” Opens for Nomination on 8 March

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – March 19, 2024 – Organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (“HKIH”), the HKIH Elite Awards 2024 is open for applications before March 8, 2024. The application period will close at noon. , June 28, 2024.

Housing management professionals have worked hard to improve harmonious, well-managed living and working environments for all citizens over the years. Their outstanding contribution and performance must be recognized and brought to the attention of a wider audience. In the face of social unrest and pandemic-related challenges, the dedicated efforts of housing management professionals have been particularly profound and meaningful to the community. Thus, HKIH launched the first HKIH Elite Awards in 2020 to recognize outstanding contributions from members and practitioners in the industry. By bringing together leading business executives, professionals and academic institutions, as well as industry leaders, the HKIH Elite Awards provide an excellent opportunity for individuals and local housing management teams to be recognized for their professionalism and achievements.

Two new award categories for the third edition of the HKIH Elite Awards

In this edition of the Awards, HKIH is excited to introduce two new categories designed to meet the demands of the modern era: 1) “Best ESG Team” Award, designed to recognize teams that excel in integrating and executing ESG principles in their daily operations. ; and 2) the “Best Security Team” award, aimed at recognizing teams that effectively implement preventative security control measures and demonstrate superior security management performance in their daily management activities.

The diverse and first-rate jury

The HKIH Elite Awards 2024 invited experts from different backgrounds to join the jury. Mr. Tony TSE Wai-chuen, BBS, JP will be the head juror. Jury members will participate and contribute to the sophisticated judging process for the different award categories this year.
