(“Sunpark”), a restaurant and catering company. company in Japan. The Group intends to introduce various F&B brands from Sunpark to Hong Kong. The signing ceremony took place today in Tokyo.
Fulum intends to introduce “Takagi Coffee”, “Karubi Kazan” and “Hachikian” in Hong Kong initially. The restaurants will be located in the city center with high pedestrian traffic, attracting the younger generation. Takagi Coffee is a cafe that offers specialty coffee, Japanese soufflé pancakes and other light meals. Karubi Kazan mainly offers artisanal barbecue meat rice bowls. Hachikian, established in 1970 in Kyoto, specializes in chicken dishes.
Fulum has expanded its “Integrated Asian F&B” range in recent years. The Group has adopted a full-time catering strategy to meet the different needs of customers throughout the day. The Group has created various own brands, including “Meokbang Korean BBQ” and “The Charcoal Room”, as well as the Korean brand “Terrace in Seaside”, which have been well received by young customers. The cooperation with Sunpark is expected to further diversify the Group’s restaurant portfolio.
