MILAN, October 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Enfinity Global, a leading renewable energy company, has signed an agreement with VW Kraftwerk GmbH, a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, for the provision of Guarantees of Origin (GO) for its solar photovoltaic power plants in Italy.
The agreement provides for the purchase of approximately 40 GWh of GO per year over the next ten years, for a total volume of 400 GWh, from Infinity’s renewable energy assets in Italy. The GOs provided by Enfinity certify that an equivalent quantity of electricity has been produced from renewable sources and injected into the grid, thus making a tangible contribution to the reduction of CO₂ emissions linked to the life cycle of electric vehicles.
