BOI approval[1] opens the way to the development of TH1, a minimum installation of 12 MW (loading) which should be ready for the service before the fourth quarter 2026.
Covering 9,960 square meters on four floors, Th1 is strategically located in Bang Na, a growing shopping center and a key entry door to Thailand Oriental economic corridor. Designed to be ready for AI, the installation has ensured the availability of power in principle and will incorporate advanced cooling solutions to support the critical workloads of the AI. Green by design, TH1 will also be developed in accordance with sustainable best practices, emphasizing the performance of energy consumption (PUE) and the efficiency of water use (WUE) to minimize environmental impact. Once finished, TH1 will also benefit from in -depth connectivity to all the main fiber suppliers in BangkokWith future submarine cables planned to integrate into the metro network.
