The decision follows a request for review by Medical eggInc., which argued that the technology covered with patent “056 from Rampart which had already been invented – certain examples dating from the 1960s.
The request for review of OUG Medical was born from a legal action filed by Rampart before the Federal Court in 2024, in which Rampart alleged that Egg Medical had broken his patent ‘056.
