HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach – October 16, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global property services firm, has once again been recognized for excellence in professional service at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards in Hong Kong. The company received accolades in the Review Team and Best Deals categories.
Highly Commended — Best Deal of the Year: Cushman & Wakefield, in partnership with Sino Land and BDx, successfully completed the largest leasing transaction for the use of a data center in Hong Kong in 2022.
The rental project is located at 38 Wing Kei Road, Kwai Chung, covering an area of 155,000 square feet. The owner, Sino Land, worked with the tenant, BDx, to transform the industrial building into a state-of-the-art data center.
