SINGAPORE – Media OutReach Newswire – February 5, 2024 – Community Development Council (CDC) Central Singapore’s Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, a corporate partner for 13 years, recently brought Chinese New Year holiday cheer to 140 people vulnerable elderly people from the Radin Mas division.

Themed “Brush Strokes of Blessings,” residents were treated to a lavish six-course tea reception while enjoying a lion dance performance. They also received gifts and goody bags in anticipation of the upcoming 2024 Chinese New Year celebrations.

“Festive Cheers” is one of 52 programs offered by the Central Singapore CDC. This is an initiative led by volunteers from the Central Singapore CDC and our corporate and community partners to celebrate and spread festive cheer to vulnerable groups in the community.
