Ben Carey to Join Chubb as Head of Field Operations, Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE – Media OutReach – July 31, 2023 – Chubb today announced that
Ben Carey will return to its general insurance business as Head of Field Operations, Asia Pacific in Q1 2024. In this newly created role, Carey will be responsible for Chubb’s field organization, comprising 12 markets and 69 branches in the region, providing a portfolio of capabilities and services to distribution partner agencies and brokers.

Based in Singapore, Carey will report to Paul McNamee, Asia Pacific Regional President, and join the company’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee.

Carey has over 20 years of experience in senior management and underwriting roles. He joins Chubb from Everest, where he was regional insurance manager for Asia and managing director for Singapore. Prior to that, Carey worked for Chubb for 19 years in various roles in Asia Pacific, London and New York, including Head of Distribution and Client Management, Asia, and A&H Senior Vice President, Overseas. General Insurance.
