(Nyse: alv) (sse: alivsdb) (the “company”) approved on March 12, 2025 The renewal for one year of its medium -term notes program guaranteed in € 3,000,000 (the “EMTN program”), which was initially established on April 112019.
The renewal of the EMTN program will allow the company to take advantage of the financing opportunities offered by the financial markets and institutional investors thanks to the future ticket broadcast (the “”Notes“). The tickets issued by the company as part of the EMTN program will be guaranteed unconditionally and irrevocably by the company’s subsidiary, Autoliv Asp, Inc. (” “Guarantor“).
Details of the dated base list March 14, 2025 (THE “Basic list details“), which was prepared by the company and the guarantor in connection with the EMTN program, was approved by Euronext Dublin and is available to consult on the Euronext Dublin website (https://www.ise.ie).
