The annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) of the company in 2025 voted for the approval of the following proposals:
- The election of Mikael Bratt, Laurie Brlas,, Jan Carlson,, Leif JohanssonAdriana Karaboutis, Franz-Josef Kortüm, Frédéric Lissalde, Xiaozhi Liu,, Gustav Lundgren,, Martin Lundstedtand Thaddeus “Ted” Senko as administrators of the Board of Directors for a one -year mandate ending in Ag 2026;
- The non -binding advisory resolution to approve the remuneration of the directors of the company in 2024 for its members of senior management appointed; And
- The ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young AB as an audit firm independent of the company for the exercise ending December 31, 2025.
