Vietnam is seeking to purchase the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to inoculate children aged between 12 and 18, according to Minister of Health Nguyen Thanh Long. A French man in Hanoi was found renting a 3,000-square-meter plot on a Red River islet to grow hundreds of cannabis plants, police stated Tuesday. Frederic Tiberghien, 55, currently works for a company in the northern Yen Bai Province, according to police of Long Bien District. Authorities last Saturday discovered around 100 cannabis plants on the islet, alongside a stash of dry weed.
