The 5th new electronic commerce conference in China has opened its doors today in Yanbian, Jilin provinceaimed at deepening public-private dialogue and stimulating the continuous development of the country’s digital trade sector. The event is organized by the Chinese Federation of Internet companies and co-organized by the China International Electronic Commerce Center, the CPC Department of CPC Jilin Provincial Committee, the administration of cyberspace of Jilin provinceThe Jilin Provincial Commerce Department, and the People’s Government of the Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, with additional support from the International Chamber of Commerce.
Positioned as a high-level platform for the commitment between government regulators and industry leaders, the conference reflects the growing role of emerging electronic commercial platforms in the training of digital innovation and corporate social responsibility. It also highlights efforts to promote regional alignment, integration of resources and sustainable digital economic growth.
Hold under the theme “A new era of digital intelligence, a new value for electronic commerce”, the program offers an opening ceremony, a main forum, sub-training, sessions of small specialized groups and a series of satellite events. Among the protruding facts were the political briefings and the speeches linked to senior government officials and the industry executives, the publication of the new electronic trade development report in China (2025) and the presentation of new case studies documenting innovation in the electronic commerce sector.
The organizers have also introduced the fourth live guest cohort, as part of the current talent development program and officially launched the Premium host empowerment initiative. The event also marked the deployment of two new initiatives: the project integrated into the exhibition and integrated sales and the high quality development campaign for new electronic commerce.
Four thematic subfums focused on technological innovation, integrated development, cross-border electronic commerce and the sustainability and responsibility of businesses.
