Students are recommended that they could be back to school in next week as the COVID-19 pandemic in Vietnam is being controlled quite well.
Students could go back to school in March. 1st, according to Tuoi Tre. Committee of People in Ho Chi Minh city confirmed that they will consider the suggestion of letting students be back to school. Education department of Ho Chi Minh City shared that they acknowledged some parents also want to send their kids back to schools soon so that they can be back at their normal works.
Some parents could not work full-day as they have to take care of their children who stay at home since the beginning of February because of COVID-19. Anyway, students and their parents could see some hope when Education department consider letting schools open again.
However, Education department also suggested schools being well-prepared against coronavirus when schools are back. From January, Education department announced that there is one F0 patient of COVID-19 who is students, 74 F1 are students and teachers, 362 students and teachers are F2, and 2.880 are students and teachers from infected regions.
Previously, Committee of People in Ho Chi Minh city decided to let students be at home until Feb. 28th until the COVID-19 situation is controlled.
