The collaboration aims to help SMEs leverage innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity, co-create a future-focused AI to Business (AI2B) ecosystem, and further consolidate Hong Kong’s innovation leadership in Asia. Jointly promote innovation and build an intelligent ecosystem with AI
Ricoh and HTHK today signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly promote innovation through AI and help businesses accelerate their digital transformation. The scope of cooperation includes:
- InnoAI Hub Promotion and Sales: 3Business, the corporate brand of HTHK, will serve as the official distribution partner of Ricoh InnoAI Hub services, promoting and selling associated offerings.
- Industry Accelerator Program: AI solutions and agents will be developed for the education, retail and hospitality sectors to improve operational efficiencies and drive industry-wide intelligence. After signing the MoU, the two parties will jointly identify strategically valuable enterprise customers to co-create and pilot AI solutions, thereby accelerating their practical application.
- Resource sharing and co-creation ecosystem: Ricoh has created a “Co-Creation Sandbox” platform at the InnoAI center in Cyberport. 3Business will provide its SME clients with advanced collaboration spaces, as well as resources for exhibitions, product launches and media promotion, thereby accelerating the AI transformation for SMEs.
