At GEM Center convention center, Coway Vina hosts ‘The beginning of a fresh journey’ press conference to launch new strategy in order to elevate experiences of using AP/WP via unique service offerings in Vietnam market. During this event, Coway Vina also introduces new brand ambassador – Ms. Tran Dinh Thach Thao, Runner-up/Top 10 Miss World Vietnam 2019. This marks the important milestone during the journey to tighten the relationships between the brand and the customers in order to achieve a fresh and healthy lifestyle.
Levering this event, Coway Vina highlights the dedication and responsibilities of the brand towards its customers, communities and surrounding environment. Coway Vina aims to differentiate in the market via the exclusive after sale service named Heart Service and the crew of Cody (Coway Lady). The maintenance service for AP & WP is to be upgraded by using the innovative Hi-care 2.0 technology to sanitise water purifiers to ensure absolute safety for the customers. The frequency of Heart Service is increased from every three months to every two months to guarantee purifiers’ filter function and product’s life cycle.
Operating under the motto of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, Heart Service aims to bring a different experience via regular maintenance services for Coway Vina’s AP & WP. This service is the core value and the mission that Coway Vina’s strategy aims at. Having researched about air and water for a long time, Coway Vina’s endless efforts are evidenced in the unique designs and high performance purifiers. This also shows Coway Vina’s commitment to bring a healthy life to Vietnamese customers.
Additionally, Coway Vina’s new strategy also focuses on community and the environment via series of CSR activities across the country. Activities such as sponsoring water purifiers for Muong Lat residents, ‘I love Schools’ programs collaborating with local volunteering organisation to improve educational environment and other environmental focused activities will also be the focus.
