Oppo announced its Reno5 series in December in China, but it has yet to formalize the Reno5 Pro + in other markets. Fortunately, the global certification forums have published documents suggesting that the global launch is imminent. Poco announced its X3 NFC (aka Poco X3 in India) in September and now it looks like we’re for a Pro model as well. The Poco X3 Pro has been certified by the FCC with the M2102J20SG model number. According to people familiar with the matter, MediaTek has entered Apple’s supply chain for headphones. Since Apple owns Beats and its headphone factories, the company has chosen MediaTek to manufacture some of the earphone components. This is the first time that MediaTek has entered Apple’s supply chain, but it is unclear what components the Taiwanese manufacturer provides.
