—Renque a new land with industrial intelligence
Shanghai,, September 20, 2025 / Prnewswire / – Leo Chen, Huawei’s main vice -president and business sales president, today shared the latest ideas and practices of Huawei’s industrial intelligence at Huawei Connect 2025, including the “Act” path in three stages of the company for intelligent transformation. During the new Chen, entitled “Broke New Ground to Industrial Intelligence”, Huawei also launched nine major solutions for industrial intelligence that it developed alongside its partners.
Five key conclusions behind industrial intelligence
AI technology has grown rapidly in recent years. Chen noted that this had raised three major questions for companies:
- How can companies ensure that their investments in AI generate real commercial value?
- How can companies use their own data to defend their competitive advantages?
- How can companies help the use of AI to go beyond the pilots to a large-scale application?
Chen explained how Huawei addresses these questions with three successes.
First, Huawei developed a dynamic master-aging architecture for the banking sector which incorporates systematic engineering capacities in banking workflows. Huawei has helped their customer accelerate the AI application using this architecture in a number of scenarios such as interactions, transactions and risk control. This allowed the customer to increase income and efficiency, while managing the risks more effectively.
Second, China Southern Power Grid used the Huawei Ascend Calculation Platform and the MindPore AI IA framework to develop a large model that he named “Megawatt”. This model works on a cluster of Expert Ascend MOE parallelism and combines computer vision and natural language processing. He helped the Customer to improve the effectiveness of defects and risks identification and risks during intelligent electric lines and increased the precision of image recognition to more than 90%.
Thirdly, Runda Medical used Huawei inference ascend servers to develop a medical registration device of AI which improves both the quality and efficiency of medical record holding. Since its deployment at West China Hospital, the solution has helped generate medical records at around a second, which has considerably improved the efficiency of the hospital consultation.
Chen then shared five key conclusions that Huawei developed during these transformation projects and other intelligent transformation projects.
First, the choice of good implementation scenarios is essential for a successful transformation. The value of AI lies in its ability to transform processes and promote the provision of intelligent products and services when it is deeply integrated into basic production scenarios.
Second, the capacity of specific models depend on high quality vertical data. General use models often fight when applied in industrial scenarios. The most successful models are those which are formed and refined on the basis of massive quantities of high quality proprietary data – which transform them into models specific to the industry. These models specific to industry become an important competitor advantage for companies.
Third, the demand for large -scale inference will continue to grow quickly alongside AI agents, supplying the demand for large -scale inference.
Fourth, human-AI collaboration becomes a new organizational paradigm.
Fifth, systematic governance and risk management become more critical than ever, which has prompted many organizations to pursue more effective governance. The objective of this governance is to ensure a secure, sustainable and trustworthy AI.
The “ACT” path for industrial intelligence
The “ACT” route proposed by Huawei in three stages is designed to promote the adoption of AI in all industries. ACT means: Evaluate the high -value scenarios, calibrate AI models using vertical data and transform commercial operations with AI agents on a scale.
Huawei evaluates the high-value scenarios using its AI scenarios assessment framework to assess the commercial value, the maturity of the scenario and commercial-technology integration. This framework has already helped customers identify more than 1,000 basic production scenarios for the adoption of AI.
The company also provides a complete tool chain and an AI security protection system to help companies calibrate general models and create specific models. This tool chain uses vertical data to transform gross business data into knowledge and model knowledge.
For the latest stage of the ACT track, transforming commercial operations with AI agents on a scale, Huawei has a multi-purpose counter platform that can automatically generate agents, as well as workflows with more than 100 steps. This platform accelerates the deployment of agent. The company has also developed an AI AI activation program that helps professionals develop, deploy and effectively exploit AI agents.
Companies that seek to follow the ACT route will need an AI -oriented ICT infrastructure which covers the entire process, the preparation and data movement, to model training, inference and development. Chen stressed that Huawei continues to innovate in storage, IT and data networks for this purpose, and works on the creation of integrated products that facilitate the process for customers. Examples of these products include AI storage and unified Cachenager plugins, network solutions of 800ge data centers, very reliable Starrylink optical modules from the company and the AI AI Superpod 384.
Launch event: nine solutions developed joint for industrial intelligence
Huawei promotes a collaboration ecosystem “Huawei + Partners” which they develop through three main initiatives: the opening of its software, its hardware and its systems; platforms and activation tools for its partners; And the rapid replication of successful practices thanks to the sharing of industry experience. To date, their ecosystem has attracted more than 6,300 Kunpeng partners, 2,700 Ascend partners, 70 consulting companies and 750 ISV.
Before the conclusion of the opening session, Huawei unveiled nine major solutions for industrial intelligence that it has developed in collaboration with partners: City and City IA Center Foundation and the Foundation Foundation, an intelligent manufacturing model, an intelligent manufacturing R&D solution, a logistics and development solution of the intelligent distribution temperature for the temperature of steel distribution and Intelligent, an intelligence solution and a development plan and a completion plan and a temperature plan for steel and an intelligence distribution plan.
