Rumors of a new paid tier for Twitter have been swirling for quite a while now, and a brand new set of leaks has finally revealed more details on what users might expect. The new subscription package will reportedly be called Twitter Blue and will include features like a new undo tweet button as well as a collections feature in order to save tweets.

    Twitter Blue Leaks Online

The information regarding the new Twitter Blue comes from a well known tipster called Jane Manchung Wong on Twitter who has also discovered that the upcoming Twitter Blue subscription service is going to cost $2.99 a month. There are hints, however, of other different price points that will be offered.

One of the perks that new subscribers will reportedly get at the higher tier could include ad-free news reading experience. Twitter had recently acquired and even closed down Scroll, a certain service which removed the adverts on certain web articles in exchange for a small monthly payment.

    Twiitter Collections

If or when the new Twitter subscription service will make an appearance, the whole ability to undo the total sending of tweets is now likely to attract quite a lot of different associated headlines. Some previous leaks reportedly suggest that users will be getting a limited window of time during which they can recall tweets and if it actually has a glaring spelling mistake or just sits in bad taste.

According to the story by TechRadar, another new feature that is highlighted in this new batch of leaks will be called Collections. Collections looks like an extension of the current existing tweet liking or even tweet favoriting functionality. This is also with the added option to sort the highlighted tweets into easily accessible folders for future reference.

    Twitter Remains the Same

TechRadar notes that from everything that they have heard so far, it now does not really sound as though anything about the whole Twitter experience is actually going to change. This will reportedly remain free for people wanting to use it so basically, for a lot of users, everything will remain the same as before.

The known web client called TweetDeck that Twitter currently runs could also be part of a certain upcoming subscription service, according to sources of TechRadar. The TweetDeck is free to access and also free to use. This will offer real time timeline updates as well as the ability to help monitor Twitter for certain specific search terms.

It was noted that users will just have to wait and see how the upcoming Twitter Blue (if this will be its final name) is going to be pitched, how much will it cost, and even whether or not Twitter will offer a limited free trial (which could also be an effective way of getting more people to sign up.
