The pair of dragons at the gateway to the flowery Nguyen Hue Street took shape on January 31, after more than a week of construction.
Van Tong, owner of a facility that built the pair of dragons, said this year’s two flower street mascots have practically taken shape, reaching more than 90 percent progress.
