A young woman recently avoided paying her rent and left an apartment she was renting in Thailand filled with an overwhelming amount of rotting garbage and other trash and trash.
The owner, Artter Ratcha, posted a video on his Facebook account of the equivalent of a veritable garbage dump that the tenant left behind, a Singaporean news site reported. Must share news.

He said the tenant never paid her rent on time throughout her stay. She occasionally brought her boyfriend to the property and she kept a pet cat in violation of the condo rules. The other residents often complained about her.
Ratcha’s patience finally ran out after several months and he asked the woman to move out, which she agreed to. However, she continued to give reasons for delaying the return of housing to Ratcha. Excuses ranged from “didn’t finish getting his stuff” to “fix the broken bathroom before returning the apartment.”
The kind landlord then decided he had had enough and announced that the tenant would be evicted with or without her belongings. But he never imagined what he might find in the liberated unit after his departure.
When Ratcha opened the apartment door, he was greeted by a barely visible floor covered in piles of clothes, plastic bottles, food wrappers, and other dirty items. Maggots could even be spotted amid the mess, a Singaporean news site reported. 8world news.
Ratcha claimed that one of the housekeepers he hired almost vomited when she entered the apartment.
Ratcha concluded her video by revealing the face of her former tenant. The landlord said he had learned his lesson the hard way: he would now have to select tenants for his apartment much more carefully in the future.
