The travel website’s annual awards recognize excellence in five categories: destinations, beaches, restaurants, hotels and experiences, with users around the world voting based on their personal experiences and comments.
The restaurant awards consist of seven categories: fine dining, everyday favorites, hidden gems, vegetarian, family, date night and quick bites.
According to the website, Hum Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and exquisite design, and prides itself on preparing dishes based on fresh vegetables, roots and fruits.
Beyond Vietnamese cuisine, diners can enjoy modified interpretations of dishes from various Asian countries, he adds.
The restaurant has three outlets, two at 32 and 34 Vo Van Tan Street in District 3, and another at 32 D10 Street in Thao Dien, District 2.
Its prices start at 120,000 VND (US$4.90).
The list also has establishments in various countries such as Peru, Spain, Russia and Greece.
Chia Vegan in Peru took first place, followed by Blu Bar in Spain and Time Traveler in India.
