The ceremony began early in the morning at the model’s home in HCMC. Only a small number of relatives and close friends of the couple were present at the event.
Hang put on a red aodai with sequins that were made to order by designer Adrian Anh Tuan. She completed her look with natural makeup.

Hang said when asked why she married Minh: “He [Minh] has been working for a long time on a symphony of happiness for himself, and now he needs one last musical note to make it complete…and I have this worthy note.”
The couple is expected to hold a wedding party on Sunday evening at a hotel in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Many famous friends will attend the event, including pop singer Ho Ngoc Ha and her husband, Vietnamese-Swedish actor Kim Ly, model Lan Khue, actor Luong Manh Hai and Miss International title winner Queen Huong Giang.
Hang, 40, was born Pham Thi Thanh Hang in Da Nang. She became Miss Photo Vietnam in 2002, then began a career as a professional model. She hosted the reality show Vietnam’s Next Top Model for many years and she was also a coach for the 2018 reality show The Face.
With two decades of modeling experience, she is considered one of the top models in Vietnam.
In addition to modeling, Hang has also starred in several films and television series, including: “Nhung Co Gai Chan Dai” (Girls with Long Legs), “Tuyet Nhiet Doi” (Tropical Snow) and “Nu Hon Than Chet” (Kiss of death).
Minh, 42, earned a master’s degree in Russia and currently works at the Ho Chi Minh City Symphony Orchestra and Ballet Opera.
Hang said yes to Minh’s proposal in August. Minh then brought his orchestra, the Saigon Pops Orchestra, to the reality show “The New Mentor”, which Hang participated in as a mentor, in order to support his life partner.
