In his first appearance for the London side, Jese Lingard scored twice for West Ham and helped the team overcome Aston Villa in the display last night.
Jese Lingard scored two goals for West Ham in the 56th and 83th minute in his debut match against Aston Villa. David Moyes has displayed his new signing as a second striker in this match, supporting for Michail Antonio. The former star of Manchester United immediately showed up his class. He moved wide and got some outstanding set-piece with his teammate. He himself also score 2 goals.
Two goals of Lingard arrived thanks to assists from Antonio, his partner. In the 56th minute, he had a good chest first touch after receiving a lob pass from Antonio before making a volley to the right corner of the goal. Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez touched the ball but could not stop the goal.
That goal made Lingard become the second Englishman who scored for West Ham in the debut game, followed Kevin Nolan.

The former Red Devils player scored his second goal once again thanks to Antonio attempt. He scored a goal after a shot from Antonio being denied by Martinez.
After the match, Lingard confessed that he could not have much time for the debut and said that this season was a tough one for him. Nonetheless, he felt happy for being with West Ham and glad that he helped the team grabbed three points afterward.
Right now, Lingard wants to focus on his soccer and develops with it.
Before, his season was suspended because of injuries, quarantine, and also lack of chance to display. But right now, he is quite enjoying the game and would have much more to give for West Ham.
Lingard joined West Ham at the last day of Winter Transfer Window on a loan spell from Manchester United. Before departing for West Ham, Lingard hoped that he could return to Manchester and once again contribute for the Red Devils.
