Ivanka Trump, daughter of the famous but controversial president Donald Trump, was deposed by the attorneys after being found to involve in inauguration committee of the former president.
Ivanka Trump, the oldest daughter of the president Donald Trump, was involved in the opening committee of the president in 2017 which misused the donor fund; attorneys announced that they have sacked her on Tuesday.
The lawsuit filed that the daughter of the former president has wasted the nonprofit fund when Trump made a payment to the hotel of her father in 2017. Besides Trump, first lady Melania Trump and Thomas Barrack Jr. – a close friend of the president – are also under the investigation.
Trump confirmed that she has been deposed on her Twitter. The beautiful daughter of Trump wrote. “This ‘inquiry’ is another politically motivated demonstration of vindictiveness & waste of taxpayer dollars.”
Alan Garten, a lawyer of Trump, protected her by saying that Trump only involvement was connecting the parties and instructing the charging of the hotel. There should be no fault action that has happened.
Nonetheless, Karl Racine – a representative of the attorneys – alleged that Ivanka Trump has used nonprofit fun for a wrong purpose.
“District law requires nonprofits to use their funds for their stated public purpose, not to benefit private individuals or companies,” Racine has said. “In this case, we are seeking to recover the nonprofit funds that were improperly funneled directly to the Trump family business.”
The committee of Trump in 2017 drew an enormous fund of $107 million to host the event, but this spending is under scrutiny at the moment. As it has been said earlier, besides Ivanka Trump , the first lady Melania Trump and the close friend of the president Thomas Barrack Jr. will also be investigated for being involved in an unclear usage of nonprofit fund.
