“Hai Dang was enjoying swimming with his niece and nephew in Khanh Hoa beach. He struggled with drowning when he was in a deep zone. We all assumed that he was diving as he loves diving. But we could not imagine that he suffered from drowning. Our family will take his corpse back to Saigon and have a mourning ceremony for him.”
