Google Chrome is the most popular web browser across different countries. However, security experts claimed that the search engine giant still tracks your search history, even if you delete it on your end.

Because of this, Google decided to allow its users to completely delete their online activities on Google Chrome. This means that your search history will no longer appear on your browser and Google can no longer track it.
Right now, many people are still relying on Google Chrome’s Incognito Mode to hide their search activities. However, they didn’t know that this feature only prevents their online activities from appearing in the web history or predictive search on Google Chrome.
This simply means that Incognito Mode is incapable to hide your activity from your internet supplier.
Google’s New Privacy Update
Google has been releasing various innovations for its products and services.
Although the search engine giant wasn’t able to provide all the things that its users previously asked for, it still released some enhancements and new features that will surely improve their Google experience.

One of these advanced changes is the feature that allows you to completely delete your search history on the Chrome browser. However, The Express UK reported that this new privacy feature could only erase your search history for the last 15 minutes.
This means that your older online activities will remain on the browser. To help you further, here’s how you can use Google Chrome’s latest privacy enhancement.
Deleting Your Google Search History
According to The Next Web’s latest report, completely erasing your Google Chrome search activities is as easy as pie. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- The first thing you need to do is open your Google Search app. You can do this on both your Android and iOS devices.
- After that, you must click your profile picture, which is located in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Once you are on the next tab, you need to choose the “Delete last 15 minutes” option. After doing that, your search activities should no longer appear on your search tab.
