Prenn Pass is connected to the end of National Highway 20 in Lam Dong province as a gateway to Da Lat city, one of Vietnam’s main tourist attractions.
As the highway is currently the only road connecting Da Lat with Ho Chi Minh City and its neighbors, it is always congested, leading to a large volume of traffic, especially during weekends, peak tourist season and holidays.
To meet high demand, a project was launched in February to widen the road crossing the pass, 7.4 km long.
