According to ‘s tweet CoinGekkothe creator of BAYC, Yuga Labs, just bought the IP rights to both the Meebits collection and the Cryptopunks collection. In addition, the number of Meebits has increased by more than 23% in the past 24 hours.

What Are Yugo Labs Plans For Cryptopunks And Meebits?
According to the announcement by Yugo Labs, they just bought both Cryptopunks and Meebits collections from the original owners, Larva Labs. As announced, the first thing the new owners intend to do is give the full commercial rights directly to the NFT holders.
