Blackpink’s Jennie has reportedly moved into her villa in the UN Village area of Seoul, which she purchased for 5 billion won ($3.8 million).

Sources said the artist recently completed the purchase of the property without any loans after putting down a 10% deposit in 2021, according to the news site. Allkpop. She has completed the process of registering her new address with the local municipality.
The property would have an area of 245 square meters, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms inside.
According to South China Morning PostNicknamed “Beverly Hills of Seoul,” the UN Village residential complex has long been renowned for its high quality and exclusivity, for which countless South Korean politicians, business tycoons and celebrities have chosen to reside. These names include former Samsung Group chairman Lee Kun-hee, boy band BTS member Suga, and boy band Big Bang members G-Dragon and Taeyang.
Born Kim Jennie in Seoul, the 27-year-old singer spent five years studying in New Zealand before returning to her home country and debuting with Blackpink in 2016.
She launched a concurrent solo career in 2018 with her single “Solo.” Her latest music album “You & Me” topped several global charts, including the UK Singles Downloads Chart, making it the first song by a Korean soloist to achieve this feat.
Alongside music, Jennie has also made a name for herself in the fashion industry as she has been the face of several brands, including fashion houses Chanel and Calvin Klein.
Sources have estimated his net worth at around US$10 million, excluding inheritance, according to the South China Morning Post. Her mother is said to be a shareholder in CJ E&M, one of South Korea’s largest entertainment companies.
Jennie’s exclusive contract with YG Entertainment, Blackpink’s management agency, is set to end earlier this year. However, neither she nor the agency have publicly commented on her future career directions.
